Registration Information

How to Register:

  • The group leader should fill out the top portion of the registration form and make copies for all of the individuals in your group.
  • Fill out the registration form for each person attending the conference, including yourself. All students and adult chaperones/leaders must fill out a registration form.
  • Please note the price and deadlines for the conference.
  • All individuals under 18 must be registered with a group.
  • Please include a daytime phone number where the primary group leader can be reached.
  • Do not mail registrations the week prior to the conference.

Three Ways to Register:

Online: Submit your information through our PDF Form. Once you are done please press submit and you will be directed to a thank you page.

Mail: Download the registration form via PDF or, print it out, fill it out and mail it. Copy the attached registration form for the total number of people in your group and mail them with your check or credit card payment information to: Youth for Christ, 293 Troy-Schenectady Rd., Latham, NY 12110.

Fax: Download the registration form here, print it out, fill it out and fax it. Copy the attached registration form for the total number of people in your group and fax them with your credit card payment information to: 518-783-5094.

Your Registration Includes:

Conference notebooks for each delegate, and admission to all main sessions, workshops and to all late night options.

Accommodations:

There are many places to stay in Saratoga Springs. Hotel costs range from $80 and up per room, per night. The three closest hotels to the conference are The Saratoga Hotel and Conference Center, The Courtyard by Marriott and the Saratoga Downtowner Motel. Refund Policy:

Both Excel 2010 (Jan. 15-18) and Break Out 2010 (March 12-14) will be held as scheduled, regardless of weather conditions.

Due to obligations YFC must fulfill in advance, your registration fees are non-refundable. Registrations may be transfered to another member in the same group for the same conference.
